It's Sagittarius Time

Oh, the mighty Sag. Sagitttarius' are a fire element, and if you don't watch it, you'll get burned. Seeking the logical and truthful approach to every situation, they do not care whose feelings they hurt to get their point across. Having a brother, sister and a best friend who are Sag's, I know this for a fact. Sag's love their freedom and refuse any restrictions. Sag's have many friends and love to be the center of attention, people are always calling on them to hang out.

Sag men are charming, witty and flirtatious. The kind of man everyone wants at a party. Since the men of Sagittarius love their freedom so, they are often considered the bacheleor sign due to the courting of several women at once.

The women can sometimes be hard to figure out. Flirting with a man, but then, ducking away at the propasal of dinner or a movie. Not wanting to be held down, they want a man who shares their interests and have conversation. At the same time being a devoted mother, they want their children to find their own way and learn for themselves.

Sag's are smart and stubborn and wonderful to have on your side. They will stand up to anyone for something or someone they care about.

Things to Watch

I read this today and thought it was worth sharing.

Watch your thoughts - they become words.
Watch your words - they become actions.
Watch your actions - they become habits.
Watch your habits - they become your character.
Watch you character - it becomes your destiny.

Numerology For November

November is an 11 month, which in numerology is a 2 (1+1=2) The leadership and independence of October (a 1 month) is replaced with love and cooperation. This is an excellent month to help others, listen and give guidance, and absorb new ideas. Let your cooperative spirit shine through, you will be noticed and appreciated.
The 2 month is all about partnerships and love and romance. Create the love and romance you want or help settle the differences of those who are fighting. Don't let things upset you and invoke your temper. This is a time to stay determined, logical, and level-headed. A cool, charming approach in dealing with everyone will bring success and victory.
You should sit back and analyze choices this month. Don't rush into making large decisions. Negotiating and socializing are favorable in a 2 month. Enjoy your friends, colleagues, and partnerships. The 2 vibration should have a calming and relaxed feel so enjoy your down time and savor the success you were able to bring in during October.

Enchanted Valley Halloween Fair

Our store was a buzz of intuitive energy on October 28th at our annual Halloween Fair. Four of our readers: Serena, Amber, Cate and Tim camped out all day and did readings for regular and brand new customers. We were packed all day with shoppers, inquiring minds, and all of us that work so hard to make it a great event. We have our Fairs four times a year. Keep checking our website: www.enchantedvalley.net for more information.

The Withes Ball

What a fabulous time we had at the Witches Ball. The whole group look absolutly amazing. Ladies in their beautiful gowns and gentlemen in the best suits and tuxes. Well, our group anyway. We ate, we laughed, we complained about the music, and the Cards won the World Series! Next year, Enchanted Valley plans to host a Witches Ball in the O'Fallon area. We will keep everyone posted as time goes on.

Another smashing success at Enchanted Valley. Popular author, Christopher Penczak joined us for a book signing and a very fun workshop. We had about 30 guests join us on Monday night. Everyone raved about how wonderful he was afterwards and still are today.
During the workshop, we talked about Instant Magick, also a title of one of Christopher's books. Instant Magick is a way of bringing things that you want or more imortantly, need into your life without going thru the formalities of ritual Magick. He also talked about your mudra's and guided us thru a wonderful meditation that everyone truly enjoyed.
I would like to give special thanks to Kay for making some delicious treats and, of course, making this possible by opening our brave little store two years ago. Also a very big special thanks to Christopher Penczak for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit with us for an evening. We hope to have him with us again very soon!

To Feng Shui or Not To Feng Shui

Linda Binns will be joining us again on November 4 to promote her newest book: "Feng Shui For Your Relationship: Changing Your Enviroment To Create Better Relationships."

Linda has joined us a few times in the past to teach awesome workshops on the basics of Feng Shui and has come to be a much anticipated guest at our store. Sadly she moved away from us so we don't get to see her as regularly as we would like.

Her lecture is from 10:30 to 11:30 on November 4th and she will be siging books afterwards. We aren't the only ones who love Linda:

"Clear and inspiring, Linda has made Feng Shui easy to understand and incorporate into every day living. Her passion for the topic is obvious."

Jim Parker, President, The Mentor Connection, Inc.

"Linda's book was a fascinating read. It really focuses on relationships and living an 'intentional' life which is exactly what we teach at Dale Carnegie. It also gives practical activities at the end of each chapter which will encourage the readers to make changes."

Billie Bright, EVP & General Manager, Dale Carnegie Training - St. Louis

We can't wait to see her!

The Full Moon is upon us! by Amber

The Full Moon is upon us, and what a beauty she is! Her magnificance reflects down upon us in such a way that even those of little faith will feel her pull tonight. Now is the time for Magick!

The Element of Air is crisp with new energy. The heat of the summer is dying away, thus making room for the stirrings of something new. Now is the time to search within yourself and uncover what has been hidden.

Dance in the Moonlight my friends! Open yourself to her energies and see into the shadows. You may find that your answer there!

Amber's First Natural Magick Class

Our little Amber taught her first Natural Magick class last night! She did a fantastic job. Although the class was small, Amber's aura and amazing excitment for her craft filled the room. Amber has such passion and fire for what she teaches, we all wanted to run home and start performing magick. She makes you feel so positive and powerful, like you could take on the world. I hope she gives herself as much credit as she deserves. Brava!

The Damn Wedding Is Over!!

That's right ladies and gentlemen! The damn wedding is over. We finally get C. Wynter Wolff back in our grasp! She has been away for awhile doing non-stop planning for her daughters nupitauls. Of course the Enchanted Gang joined in the festivities. It was a beautiful wedding. They did such a good job at making it a perfect day for Erin, the bride and her new husband, Nate. It was held in Hannibal, MO at an aborable church with the reception down the street at the Quality Inn, which was absolutly gorgeous. The wedding was very unique with a lot of special touches, a Celtic Handfasting (and we are not talking the basketball team) a special Dr. Suess - inspired poem from the Mum, and a knock - out dance performance by the bride and her daddy.
The Enchanted Gang of course shared a giggle over the fact the Father (Preist)performed a Pagan Ritual in the Lord's House. All in all, it seemed to be a huge success. Lots o' love and smiles! We wish the new couple all the best.
For those of you interested in a reading by C. Wynter Wolff, call Enchanted Valley!

Goal Card by Timothy

From time to time I like to create a list of things that I want to change and manifest in my life. I found a wonderful tool that assists me in this process. It’s called a Goal Card. The purpose of the card is to focus on a set of goals that I want to achieve in my life and simply manifest them. How does this work? Everything is energy. Thoughts are energy and they create and manifest the world around you. All you have to do is this:

Hold you’re thought on a certain goal. See it in your mind. Use your imagination, visualize.
Get emotionally involved with that goal.
Act as if it’s already here. That is putting faith into play.
Let it go to the universe and know it has already come to you. Give thanks for what you have received.

How to create a Goal Card

Find a quiet place, take a few breaths and center yourself. Then, take a
3x5 note card and at the top of it write “Goal Card” or something to that affect.

Put the pen or pencil down and close your eyes. Now think of what changes you would like to manifest in your life. They can be anything, for example, pay off a credit card. Take a new class. Read a number of books. Attract a new love in your life, lose weight or better yet, find inner peace and love within yourself.

Pick up the pen or pencil and jot down up to ten goals that you want to manifest. Write them in the present tense. For example:
“My Chase Credit Card is now paid in Full.”
“I now wear a size X pair of pants”
“I now own a 50 inch plasma TV”
“I am now filled with light and the presence of Source”

After you compile your list, say each item either to yourself or out loud. Say each goal with conviction. Know in your mind and your heart that you have already achieved this goal. Get emotionally involved with this. See the goal in your mind as already completed. See yourself wearing that new pair of pants. See yourself sitting in front of the new television. Know that what you see you can achieve.

Then after reading the list, put the card somewhere where it can be reached later in the day. At anytime when you have an opportunity, take out the card, read off the list. Do this at least three times a day. Above all, do not worry how these items will manifest in your life, that’s not your job. Your job is to set your sights on your goal and know that what you want will manifest. Have faith, and let go.

I do recommend when doing this to always have the intention of the highest good, the highest love and the highest light to come to you physically, mentally and spiritually. Above all, Harm None.

If this stirs up some excitement, and you would like to learn more about energy, thoughts and how to create the life you want, email me and ask about information on my class titled “Manifesting Prosperity.”

Welcome to October! Numerologically speaking, October is a number 1 month, which is the beginning of new things. Taking the lead in a strong and determined way will bring you great rewards during a 1 month. What ever tasks you take on will be a success, whether it be a new business, friendship, or maybe just a new idea! It's time to test out any new ideas, explore new possibilities and jump into it with both feet. Don't put off the start of any new plans because this month is bound to bring success in whatever you do. Use your iniative and independance to assert yourself, but do so in a charming and fair manor.
This is a good month for communications, particularly by telephone. If you are in business, it would be the ideal time to see both old and new customers. The old will appreciate your interest, and the new should be profitable. Be on the alert for new prospects, ideas, methods and propisitions. A good sense of humor, common sense and dynamic action will provide for you this month. This will help to open doors and attract people that will provide new opportunities and relationships. This message has been brought to you by Serena, our lovely Numerologists.

Amber's Autumn Herbal Ideas

Herbs are used in many ways for many different things. Amber, one of Enchanted Valley's Intuitive Readers suggests using Cinnamon, Sage, and Clove for Autumnal needs. She tells us that Cinnamon brings power to any works of magic you do. Aside from the delicious smell, when burned it brings prosperity, empowers spellwork, psychic abilities, healing abilities and raises high spiritual vibrations.
Sage is used for cleansing and clearing negative energies, which is a good practice during the season change. It's purifying properties helps to break up all the negative and opens the doorways to a more spiritual plane. Sage is also good to use in Fall Holiday cooking. Clove helps to bring in money, clarity and cleansing.
As you can already tell, these herbs all have basically the same the same uses. Cleansing, clearing and abundance. You use these herbs at Autumn Equinox to harvest the growth that we need spiritually leaving behind the clutter and built up negativity you have accumulated over the past months, so that you can transcend into the winter months which are used to rest, heal and prepare for the new birth of Spring. Just as the animals harvest and store the things from the Summer bounty, that they need for their body at a time of rest and renewal. Fall is a time of evaluation and reflection followed by Winter, a time for closure, resting, accepting and gaining your strength for what you want to bring in the Spring.

Enchanted Classes

Enchanted Valley is now hosting a cornicopia of classes! Tarot Reading, Palm Reading, Natural Magic, Meditation and much more! Check our website for dates and times. www.enchantedvalley.net

Autumn Equinox

Autumn Equinox is upon us. Celebrate the harvest and abundance Summer has brought us. On September 21st, Myself(Amanda), Kay, Lacy and Laura celebrated at Enchanted Valley. Lacy read our blessing for a harmonious and prosperous season ahead, we lit candles of Fall colors, decorated our altar with Cinnamon, Clove, Citrine and Peridot. Then we dined on a feast of Wheat bread, Muffins, Corn bread, Apple Juice and Crunch N Munch.
Amber celebrated by making Harvest Beef Stew and Mexican Corn Bread for her family and kept the music and candles going all the day long. You can check out an interview with Amber at www.theowlwoman.com on Light Vision Radio.
However you celebrate Autumn Equinox, make it personal and special to you and yours.
